Zinc Restaurant & Lounge Bar

Located next door to the resort, Zinc Restaurant in Port Douglas offers diners delicious modern Australian at affordable prices. The restaurant is chic and funky yet still offers diners a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Inside guests will find a sophisticated lounge bar which features 40 wines by the glass, over 70 cocktails and more than 110 spirits and liqueurs. Using only the freshest local ingredients the meals at Zinc include the likes of confit pork belly with truffle scented parsnip mousse, charred asparagus and button mushroom, or for pasta lovers, try their saffron linguini with black lip mussels and calamari.

On the Inlet

Oozing tropical ambiance, the restaurant has been built over the water of the Dickson Inlet and at lunch, diners are invited to try their succulent bucket of prawns for just $18. For the ultimate seafood experience, choose your own mud crab or crayfish from the live tank and the chefs will serve it one of three ways, Singapore Chilli, Garlic Black Bean or simply steamed with citrus butter. For those that don't eat seafood, On the Inlet has you covered offering steak, pork, duck and chicken dishes. Open seven days for lunch and dinner there is sure to be something of interest on the menu for every diner to enjoy.
